The SMC VQC1000/2000 Manifold Block Assembly VVQC2000-1A-D-C8 is designed for efficient and flexible pneumatic control. This manifold assembly is compatible with the VQC1000/2000 series and features an IP67 enclosure for superior dust-tight and immersion-proof protection, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments.

Its space-saving design positions all solenoids and fittings on one side, allowing for free mounting and easy installation. The assembly supports a variety of common wiring methods and includes a 4 position, dual 3 port valve. The innovative one-clamp structure eliminates the need for screws, reducing recombination labor and simplifying maintenance.

With the capability to connect up to 9 units in any order, the manifold assembly supports various fieldbus protocols, including DeviceNet®, PROFIBUS DP, CC-Link, EtherNet/IP™, EtherCAT, and PROFINET. It is also compatible with wireless systems and features a self-diagnosis function for proactive maintenance.

This assembly is ideal for applications requiring flexible adaptation, such as added stations and changed specifications, made possible with a multi-pin connector manifold. It is also suitable for ISO 13849-compliant safety systems, supporting safety communication protocols like PROFIsafe.
