The QL 404022 S2B0 is an empty enclosure designed for industrial use, constructed from stainless steel 1.4301 (304) with a brushed finish. It measures 400 mm in height and width, and 220 mm in depth, making it suitable for various applications including harbour facilities, machine construction, and marine engineering.

This enclosure features a maximum wall thickness of 1.5 mm and is equipped with a welded-on M6 stainless-steel earth stud for both internal and external grounding. The lid is secured with a quarter-turn fastener for easy access, and the enclosure includes fixing lugs for attachment through the rear wall.

With an operating temperature range from -40 °C to 85 °C and an impact resistance rating of 10 J, the enclosure is built to withstand harsh conditions. It meets IP66 protection standards, ensuring a high level of dust and water resistance. The seal material of the cover is polyurethane foamed, providing additional protection against environmental factors.
