With a valve body constructed from epoxy powder coated ductile iron (ASTM A536) and a valve disc made of 304 stainless steel, this valve ensures durability and reliability in demanding environments.Featuring a maximum operating pressure of 232 psi (1600 kPa) and a maximum media temperature of 250 °F (121 °C), this valve is suitable for a variety of applications. The valve's flanged connection type is compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 and is secured using four bolts of 0.625 in size, arranged with a pitch of 11. Additionally, the valve stem is crafted from 416 stainless steel, while the seat is made from EPDM material, contributing to its effective sealing capabilities.This valve operates with a fail-in-place actuator, designed for NEMA 4X IP66/67 environments, ensuring reliability even in the event of a power failure.
