Product Description
The PSR105-600-11 softstarter is designed for three-phase motor control, providing a maximum operational current of 105 A and accommodating an operational voltage range from 208 to 600 V AC. This device features a rated control voltage of 24 V AC/DC and utilizes two-phase control for soft starting and stopping through a voltage ramp.
Installation is simplified with a built-in bypass feature aimed at energy conservation. The device includes relay outputs for RUN and TOR signals in a normally open state. Users can conveniently adjust the start/stop ramp times using three front-mounted potentiometers, with options for ramp durations of 0 to 20 seconds or 1 to 10 seconds.
Commonly integrated with manual motor starters (MMS), mechanical connection kits are available for enhanced compatibility. For advanced communication, the unit can support Fieldbus communication via an external adaptor and Fieldbus plug. The PSR series is compact, making it suitable for small three-phase motors with nominal currents from 3 to 105 A, facilitating up to 100 starts per hour. Typical applications include pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyors.
