Product Description

Lifecycle Status:Successor:
The PSE85-600-70 Softstarter is a robust and efficient solution for managing three-phase motors with nominal currents ranging from 18 to 370 A. It operates within a voltage range of 208 to 600 V AC, offering a wide operational window. The softstarter features a two-phase control system, enabling smooth start and stop through a voltage or torque ramp. It also includes built-in bypass for easy installation and energy savings. The device is equipped with a relay output that provides RUN, TOR, and Event signals in the NO state. It comes with functions such as current limit, kickstart, analog output, EOL, underload, and locked rotor protection. For user interaction, it has an illuminated display using symbols for language neutrality. As an option, you can add an identical external keypad rated IP66. Communication options include hardwire inputs Start/Stop or Reset of fault, built-in fieldbus communication Modbus RTU, and an external adaptor with a Fieldbus plug. This softstarter is a perfect balance between high starting capacity and cost efficiency, making it suitable for applications such as pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyors.
