The S802N-C10 serves as a current limiting device suitable for voltages up to 400/690V, including DC applications. Its design incorporates two distinct tripping mechanisms: a thermal mechanism for overload protection and an electromechanical mechanism for short circuit protection. This circuit breaker complies with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC/EN 60947-2 standards, making it suitable for a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

With a compact width of 54 mm and a depth of 82.5 mm, the S802N-C10 is designed for installation on DIN rails TH35-15 and TH35-7.5, allowing for flexible mounting positions. It includes a cage terminal with captive screws for reliable connections, rated for flexible conductors up to 50 mm² and rigid conductors up to 70 mm². The device's environmental ratings support operation in ambient temperatures from -25°C to 60°C, and it has a degree of protection rated at IP20.

The S802N-C10 is recognized for its extensive approval certifications, confirming its global applicability while incorporating features such as contact position indication (ON/OFF/TRIP) and a mechanical endurance of 10,000 cycles.
