The DDA203 AC-40/0.03 Residual Current Device Block is engineered for compatibility with MCBs from the S200 and S300P series, ensuring effective protection against sinusoidal alternating earth fault currents and indirect contacts. With a rated current of 40 A and a residual current sensitivity of 30 mA, this device is suitable for various applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Constructed to meet IEC/EN 61009 Ann. G standards, it operates within a voltage range of 230/400 V and has a rated insulation voltage of 500 V. The device is designed to handle ambient temperatures between -25°C and 55°C, providing reliable performance under diverse conditions. Its IP2X degree of protection ensures safety against solid objects larger than 12 mm, making it suitable for installation in various locations.

In terms of installation, it features a modular design that allows for five modular spacings on DIN rail, and it supports cable cross-sections of up to 16 mm² for both rigid and flexible cables.
