The AF30 contactors are specifically engineered to manage power circuits with voltage ratings up to 690V AC and 220V DC. These contactors are primarily employed in controlling three-phase motors, as well as non-inductive or slightly inductive loads. The AF series contactors incorporate an electronic coil interface capable of accepting a wide range of control voltages, from 24V to 500V at 50/60Hz or from 20V to 500V DC.

One distinctive feature of the AF contactors is their ability to manage large variations in control voltage. A single coil can be utilized for different control voltages used globally without any necessity for coil replacement. Additionally, these contactors come with built-in surge protection, eliminating the need for additional surge suppressors.

The AF series 2-stack 3-pole contactors are designed in a block type configuration. They feature three main poles and an auxiliary contact block that is non-removably mounted at the front. Side-mounted add-on auxiliary contact blocks are also available, complying with Annex L of IEC 60947-5-1 and featuring the
