Product Description
The pre-drilled control stations are specifically designed for the safe management of equipment in classified hazardous environments. These enclosures are pre-drilled to accommodate multiple components such as push buttons, pilot lights, ammeters, and limit switches. They are particularly suitable for use in power plants, chemical and petrochemical facilities, petroleum refineries, and pulp and paper processing industries.
With ATEX certification for Zones 1 and 2, as well as Zones 21 and 22, these control stations are compliant with standards including Ex II 2 GD. They feature an IP66 rating for dust and water protection and IK09 to IK10 impact resistance. The structures are constructed from gray painted marine grade aluminum alloy or cast iron, ensuring durability in challenging environments. The temperature class ratings vary, with options for T6 and T5 based on ambient temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +55 °C (-40 °F to +131 °F). This product offers reliable operation across a range of industrial applications, maintaining safety and functionality even in extreme conditions.
