The Mercmaster LED Luminaires are engineered for high performance, consuming only 32 Watts of power while achieving a remarkable lifespan of over 60,000 hours. This fixture is designed to operate efficiently under a variety of conditions, with ambient temperature ranges varying based on lumen output. For instance, 2300-2900 lumens can function from -40 °C to +65 °C, while higher outputs have reduced temperature tolerances.
Constructed with a modular architecture, these luminaires facilitate retrofitting and plant expansions, accommodating diverse installation needs. The robust design includes cast copper-free aluminum housing with an electrostatically applied baked gray epoxy finish, ensuring durability in industrial applications.
Certified for Class I, Division 2 and Zone 2 environments, along with meeting stringent IP66/67 standards, these luminaires are suitable for wet locations and marine applications. The comprehensive compliance profile includes NEC/CEC and ATEX/IECEx certifications, confirming their reliability and safety in hazardous conditions.
