Product Description

The Mercmaster LED Series Luminaires, designated as PN MLEDNS705P5BUD, are engineered for industrial and hazardous environments, delivering a lumen output that corresponds to various HID wattages. For instance, 2300 lumens equate to 70 W HPS/PSMH, while the fixture can achieve up to 12850 lumens, matching 400 W HPS/PSMH. This versatility allows users to select the appropriate brightness for their specific applications.

Operating in ambient temperatures from -40 °C to +65 °C (-40 °F to +149 °F) for lower lumen outputs, and up to +55 °C (-40 °F to +131 °F) for higher outputs, these luminaires are suitable for extreme conditions. The electrical specifications include compatibility with 120-277 Vac and 347-480 Vac at 50/60 Hz, facilitating integration into various electrical systems.

Constructed from cast copper-free aluminum with a baked epoxy-clad finish, the durable design minimizes heat production, enhancing service life and safety. The use of stainless steel for hardware and polycarbonate for globes further contributes to the robust design. Certified for use in Class I, Division 2 and Zone 2 locations, they comply with multiple safety standards, including IP66/67 ratings, ensuring they are fit for wet and marine environments.
