The Autonics PRW18-8DP Proximity Sensor is designed for reliable and precise detection in industrial automation applications. Featuring a non-flush installation and an 8mm sensing distance, this sensor ensures accurate performance with a standard sensing target of 25×25×1mm iron. The sensor operates at a response frequency of 350Hz, making it suitable for high-speed detection tasks.

Equipped with a red LED operation indicator, the PRW18-8DP provides clear status visibility. It operates within a power voltage range of 12-24 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 10mA. The control output can handle up to 200mA with a residual voltage of no more than 1.5V.

Built to withstand harsh environments, the sensor includes a surge protection circuit, output short over current protection circuit, and reverse polarity protection circuit. It offers high insulation resistance of ≥ 50 MΩ and dielectric strength of 1,500 VAC. The sensor is also resistant to vibration and shock, ensuring durability in demanding conditions.

The PRW18-8DP is designed with an IP67 protection structure, making it dust-tight and water-resistant. It features a standard type cable made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and a robust case made of nickel-plated brass with a PBT sensing side. The M12 connector type ensures easy and secure connections.
