The capacitive sensors for object detection operate using a linear electrical field, enabling the detection of solid objects such as wafers, PCBs, cartons, and bottles, as well as liquids through container walls or glass and plastic tubes with a maximum thickness of 4 mm. The model G10T4H-PSM40C-EP02 features a dimension of Ø 10 x 50 mm and is suitable for flush mounting.

These sensors utilize a PNP normally open (NO) switching output, with a switching frequency of 100 Hz and a sensing range of 1-4 mm. The sensitivity can be adjusted to meet specific detection needs. Constructed from stainless steel (1.4301) with a PTFE sensing surface, they can withstand ambient temperatures ranging from -30 to 70 °C. The device operates at a voltage range of 12-35 VDC and is equipped with a 2.00 m PUR cable for connection. Compliance with CE, cULus, and WEEE standards is assured, and the product has an IP65 rating for protection against dust and water ingress.
