Achieve highly decentralized and efficient sensor and actuator integration with the Balluff BNI PG3-508-0C5-Z015 network block, also known by the order code BNI00HL. This robust IO-Link Master is specifically designed for seamless connection to a PROFINET I/O fieldbus, providing a powerful and versatile communication hub for your industrial network.
The BNI PG3-508-0C5-Z015 features 8 IO-Link auxiliary interfaces (Type A ports), each with an M12x1 female connector, allowing for the connection of up to 8 IO-Link devices. It supports a wide operating voltage range of 18 to 30.2 VDC and offers a generous current sum for both sensors (9.0 A US) and actuators (9.0 A UA). With 16 configurable PNP digital inputs and 16 PNP digital outputs, this active splitter block provides extensive I/O capabilities. Its rugged, zinc die-cast housing offers IP67 protection, making it suitable for even the harshest industrial environments with an ambient temperature range of -25 to +70°C. Connectivity includes two M12x1 D-coded female connectors for COM ports and 7/8" male/female connectors for supply voltage. This Balluff IO-Link Master supports Fast Start-Up (FSU) and is compatible with IO-Link version 1.1.3, ensuring high-speed data transfer (10/100 Mbit/s) and modern networking capabilities.
