Product Description
The Baumer Diffuse Sensor with Background Suppression FHDK 14P5101/S35A is engineered for accurate and reliable object detection in diverse industrial applications. Featuring a sensing distance of 20 to 350 mm and a pulsed red LED light source, this sensor ensures precise background suppression, making it ideal for complex environments. The sensor is equipped with a mechanical 10-turn adjustment for easy and precise sensing distance configuration.
Designed to withstand harsh conditions, the sensor operates within a temperature range of -25 to +65 °C and is protected by an IP67-rated housing. The robust plastic (ASA, MABS) construction and PMMA optics front ensure durability and longevity. The sensor also features a flashing light indicator for alignment and soiled lens indication, enhancing its usability and maintenance.
With a PNP output and light/dark operate function, the sensor provides flexible integration into various control systems. It includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The M8 4-pin connector facilitates easy and secure connections.
