Product Description
This cable is constructed with EIA RS-232/422 specifications, incorporating 24 AWG stranded (7x32) tinned copper conductors and Datalene® insulation. The design includes twisted pairs shielded by overall Beldfoil® with complete coverage and a tinned copper braid shield providing 65% coverage. Additionally, it features a 24 AWG stranded tinned copper drain wire.
Notably, this cable operates effectively within a temperature range of -30°C to +80°C and holds a UL temperature rating of 80°C. The bulk weight is 42 lbs per 1000 ft, with a maximum recommended pulling tension of 49.5 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 3 inches, ensuring flexibility and durability during installation.
Compliance with various standards includes NEC/(UL) specifications rated for CM, and UL AWM Style 2919 at 30 V and 80°C. This product also adheres to multiple EU directives concerning environmental safety, including the EU RoHS directive.
