TASS TR2 10-20 NM With TASS (Torque and Angle Slip Standard), Bosch Rexroth enables you to test tightening spindles on the fly in the production line. This is only possible with tightening spindles from Bosch Rexroth that have a measurement transducer installed and a controller with IL functionality. A test run takes only a few seconds and checks two torque points, the rotation angle and the linearity. Use of TASS requires an exchange part to act as the interface to the spindle, as well as a software license. TASS Fix is also available for quickly and easily installing TASS in the customer application. - Validate tightening spindles when installed - Check three parameters in one pass (2x torque, rotation angle and linearity) - Can be used in short cycles, e.g. daily – no flying blind in production - Immediate feedback – no time delay – immediate intervention possible - Machine capability cycles can be extended under certain circumstances - No additional measuring electronics necessary – evaluation takes place on the nutrunner controller with IL - A TASS can be passed through the production line on a workpiece pallet – this allows one TASS to be used for multiple tightening spindles - All the elements required for a fitting have an impact on the validation – e.g. the tightening spindle, transducers and output drives are taken into account - Variety of exchange parts to adapt to customer applications - If your required exchange part is not listed, please contact us
