TASS IL license on USB stick for a CS351
The TASS IL license is required to perform the TASS test on the nutrunner controller. The TASS IL license is delivered on a USB stick and contains a license for use with a KE350. With this license, multiple holes in a KE350 can be verified with one or more TASS units. The USB stick contains the IL application for running the test on the nutrunner controller, the license key and the TASS setup software.
- USB stick contains the TASS IL application, license file and TASS setup software
- The parameter file(s) generated with the TASS setup software are stored on the USB stick and are used by the IL during the line inspection.
- With this license, 30 screw holes can be checked in standalone operation or 40 screw holes in operation with the extended fieldbus connected to a KE350
- The same TASS element can be used for each hole, or different TASS elements with different properties can be used
- Several parameter files for several basic TASS elements can be stored for each tightening spindle
