HP 2/L Lift Positioning Unit
- Positioning of a workpiece pallet in a processing station with high repetition accuracy requirements
- Positioning with exchangeable positioning pins in the HP 2/L and positioning bushings in the WT 2 workpiece pallet
- Lifting cylinder of Ø 40 mm with damping for the lower and upper end positions
- Exchange of lifting cylinder possible without disassembling the lift plate
- 5 stroke ranges h0 of 0 ... 240 mm are infinitely adjustable within the lift range
- Optional lifting cylinder for b = 240 mm, centrally (HA = 0) or offset (HA = 1). Space-saving configuration made possible by inner WT stop
- Adjustment time where H = 50 mm without load in each case: Upward stroke = 0.5 s, downward stroke = 0.5 s (= lift range from 0 to 28 mm)
- Can be combined with WT 2, WT 2/E, WT 2/F and WT 2/LS (only with version LS)
- Installation location AO = UB: Installation location under the conveyor section
- Installation location AO = AT: Installation location on the machine plate
- Installation location AO = O: Installation location for self-construction
