This product meets UL/EN/CSA62275 Type 2/21 specifications for AH-2 plenum applications. With a length of 141.605 mm (5.575 inches), a width of 3.56 mm (0.14 inches), and a thickness of 1.13 mm (0.045 inches), it accommodates wire bundles ranging from a minimum diameter of 1/16 inch to a maximum of 1 inch.
The tensile strength rating of 180 Newtons (40 pounds) ensures reliable fastening, making it suitable for various applications. Additionally, it has a flammability rating of UL 94 V-2, enhancing safety in usage. This cable tie is packaged in bulk, with 20,000 pieces in the outer package and 1,000 pieces per inner package, facilitating large-scale applications.
