Product Description

The ESA SHUTTER SHR is a specialized dimming device designed for use with ESA UV-2 flame detectors in permanent burner operation applications. This device is installed between the burner and the flame detector, interrupting light radiation to the sensor when activated. This allows ESA burner control devices to periodically check the functionality of the ESA UV-2 flame detectors, ensuring continuous and safe operation.

Constructed with a robust aluminum body, the ESA SHUTTER SHR is particularly suitable for industrial applications and can be installed in close proximity to the burner. The device supports a supply voltage of 115 or 230Vac with a power frequency of 50-60 Hz, making it versatile for various electrical systems. The quick connector with rectifier and female threaded inputs (M20x1.5) facilitate easy and secure wiring.

Compliant with European Union directives 2009/142/EC (Gas directive) and 2014/35/EC (Low voltage directive), the ESA SHUTTER SHR adheres to standards such as EN61000-6-2 (Immunity for industrial environments), EN61000-6-4 (Emission standard for industrial environments), and EN60204-1 (Machine electrical equipment). Additionally, it meets the safety requirements outlined in UNI EN 746-2:2010 for industrial thermal processes and is certified under UNI EN ISO 9001 by DNV GL.
