The Festo EMMS-AS Servo Motors are dynamic, brushless, synchronous servo motors equipped with permanent magnets. These motors offer a range of feedback options including single-turn and multi-turn absolute encoders, as well as resolvers. The optimal connection technology varies depending on the version and flange size, ensuring seamless integration into your system.

Available in different winding variants, the EMMS-AS motors can be optimized for either torque or speed, and are compatible with both single-phase and three-phase motor controllers. The motors feature IP54 protection for the motor shaft and IP65 protection for the motor housing with electrical connections, ensuring durability in various industrial environments. Optional features include brakes, shaft keys, and enhanced IP65 protection with shaft seals.

These servo motors are designed to work seamlessly with Festo's range of gear units, motor controllers, and cabling solutions, providing a comprehensive motion control solution from a single source.
