The Festo Compact Cylinder ADN-32 is designed for high performance and reliability in industrial automation. Compliant with ISO 21287 standards, this double-acting cylinder features a piston diameter of 32 mm and offers a stroke range from 1 mm to 400 mm. It includes elastic cushioning rings/pads at both ends and self-adjusting pneumatic end-position cushioning, ensuring smooth and precise operations.

Engineered for versatility, the ADN-32 can be mounted in any position and is compatible with proximity sensors for position sensing. It offers various options such as stroke adjustment, weld spatter protection, and high corrosion protection. The cylinder is also suitable for use in explosive environments, with certifications for ATEX and UKEX zones.

Constructed with high-quality materials, including a wrought aluminum alloy barrel and high-alloy steel piston rod, the ADN-32 ensures durability and long service life. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and supports an operating pressure of 0.06 MPa to 1 MPa. Additionally, it is RoHS-compliant and suitable for applications requiring reduced Cu/Zn/Ni values, such as Li-ion battery production.
