The Festo Air Solenoid Valve VMPA1-M1H-M-PI is designed for high-performance and reliability in various industrial applications. This 5/2 monostable valve features an electrical actuation type and a compact 10 mm valve size, making it ideal for space-constrained environments. With a normal nominal flow rate of 360 l/min, it ensures efficient operation under a wide range of conditions.
Engineered with a robust piston gate valve structural design and a soft sealing principle, this valve guarantees durability and leak-free performance. The valve operates at an impressive range of pressures, from -0.09 MPa to 1 MPa, and is suitable for vacuum applications. It is equipped with a pneumatic spring reset method and can be mounted in any position, providing flexibility in installation.
The VMPA1-M1H-M-PI complies with IP65 protection as per IEC 60529, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. It is also certified by c UL us - Recognized (OL), meeting stringent safety standards. The valve supports both detenting and non-detenting manual overrides and features a signal status display for easy monitoring.
Designed for use with compressed air as per ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4], the valve can operate with or without oil lubrication, depending on the application requirements. It exhibits excellent vibration and shock resistance, conforming to FN 942017-4, EN 60068-2-6, FN 942017-5, and EN 60068-2-27 standards.
