Typ 40.52 Miniature Relay for Sockets and PCBs
Product Description
The Typ 40.52 Miniature Relay is designed for integration into sockets and printed circuit boards (PCBs). Featuring 2 changeover contacts with an 8A switching capacity, this relay is ideal for a variety of applications. The relay is compatible with series 95 sockets, allowing for PCB or 35mm DIN rail mounting as per PN-EN 60715 standards. It offers two pin lengths: 3.5mm for PCB mounting and 5.3mm for socket mounting. The relay operates with a DC coil, available in 650 mW or 500 mW versions, and features cadmium-free contact material options.
With an 8mm air and creepage distance between the coil and contacts, and a 6kV (1.2/50μs) insulation strength, the Typ 40.52 ensures reliable performance and safety. It meets the PN-EN 60335-1 requirements, making it suitable for household appliances. The relay also supports signal and EMC suppression modules from series 99 and the 86.30 timer module. Available in RT II (standard) and RT III (wash-tight) protection grades, this relay is versatile and robust for various industrial applications.
