The Class 3200 (H32) Smart Meters are equipped with RS-485 communication capabilities, allowing integration into multiple energy monitoring systems. This feature enables concurrent communication with two systems, such as building automation systems (BAS) for energy monitoring and billing applications, as well as measurement and verification (M&V) reporting tools.

With a compact design, the meter has an overall width of 6.5 inches (166 mm), a height of 7.8 inches (198 mm), and a depth of 3.4 inches (86 mm), weighing 7.34 pounds. The Class 3200 supports 1 or 2 phase configurations with a current capacity of 200 A and operates within an input voltage configuration of 347/600 V AC. Its accuracy is rated at ±1% across a load range of 1% to 100% of the rated capacity.

This device features a 4-line LCD display with backlight for easy reading. It includes two solid-core current sensors and adheres to regulatory standards including ANSI C12.20 and CE certifications. The meter can function in ambient temperatures ranging from -4 °F (-20 °C) to 122 °F (50 °C) with a maximum operating humidity of 95% non-condensing.
