Product Description

The variable frequency drive (VFD) with bypass functionalities is designed to optimize energy consumption in HVAC systems by controlling the speed of motors, particularly for fans and pumps. Operating at an input voltage of 460 (3PH) V AC and delivering a continuous output current capable of 38 A, this drive is particularly suited for applications requiring variable torque.

Equipped with an intuitive graphical interface, the device simplifies commissioning with labor-saving features such as startup wizards and PC programming. The SmartVFD HVAC drive also supports internal PID control, allowing it to function effectively either in conjunction with a building automation system or autonomously.

With a robust NEMA 3R enclosure, it is suitable for various environmental conditions, supporting ambient temperatures ranging from 14 °F to 104 °F and humidity levels up to 95%. The device incorporates three contactors for bypass operations and features a fused disconnect for added safety.
