Pneumatic Controllers, CONTROLLER PPK
Product Description
This model of pneumatic controller offers precise control capabilities for pneumatic valve or damper actuators by utilizing either a remote bulb or sensor. It supports both proportional and proportional plus integral control, making it suitable for various applications. The remote sensor variants can effectively manage temperature, humidity, or pressure levels. Notably, two sensor models are available specifically for reset applications.
Dimensions of the unit include an overall width of 3.81 inches (96 mm), a height of 5.875 inches (148 mm), and a depth of 3.375 inches (86 mm). Operating conditions are flexible, with a minimum ambient temperature of 40 °F (5 °C) and a maximum of 130 °F (55 °C). The controllers can operate under pressures up to 30 psi (207 kPa) and humidity levels ranging from 5% to 95%. Airflow consumption is rated at 0.07 cfm (33 ml/s), and the design incorporates a single sensor input with the capability for remote control point adjustments. This device operates in either direct or reverse acting modes, making it versatile for various pneumatic control tasks.
