Product Description

The Honeywell Niagara Unitary Controller is a robust device designed to facilitate seamless data exchange between controllers. It boasts peer-to-peer communication capabilities and multi-protocol compatibility, specifically BACnet T1L for high-speed, long-distance communication over twisted-pair cabling.


This controller is equipped with 8 universal inputs/outputs (UIO) that can be configured as analog inputs, binary inputs, or analog outputs for maximum flexibility. It also features 4 relay outputs, designed for high inrush current applications in HVAC control.

In addition, the controller offers 4 chopper digital outputs (DO CHP) providing enhanced switching capabilities for diverse control applications. The Sylk™ Bus Interface allows direct connection to Honeywell Sylk™ wall modules for streamlined installation.

The controller supports Modbus RTU for integration with third-party devices over serial communication. It is Niagara 4-based, ensuring unified programming and management within the building automation system.

The device comes with flexible mounting options including DIN rail, surface mounting, or enclosure installation. It also features a built-in web server with HTML5 for remote access and graphical interface for easy configuration and monitoring.
