Product Description

The ProcessLine 8 SB II 3D/3G module is specifically engineered for use in wet areas of the food and beverage industry. Its hygienic design eliminates corners and edges, promoting easy cleaning and maintenance. This module is built to withstand high-pressure cleaning, even when exposed to aggressive cleaning agents.

It operates with an AS-i and 24 V supply through a common M12 connector, ensuring versatile integration into existing systems. The electrical specifications include an operating voltage range of 26.5 to 31.6 DC and a maximum current load of 2 A per module. It can function effectively in ambient temperatures from -15°C to 60°C and can be stored at temperatures between -15°C and 70°C. The module is protected with an IP 67 rating, suitable for harsh environments, and reaches IP 68 and IP 69K when used outside hazardous areas.

Constructed from stainless steel and featuring EPDM sealing materials, this cylindrical module has a weight of 630.1 grams and dimensions of Ø 137.3 mm by 80 mm in length. It includes an M12 module connection, designed for secure and reliable electrical connectivity. The item is supplied with an M12 protective cap and optional accessories such as a torque wrench.
