Product Description

The ProcessLine 4DI-Y IP69K module is specifically designed for the food industry, ensuring reliable operation in hygienic and wet areas. Its robust construction, featuring full potting, guarantees protection against moisture ingress.

With an operating temperature range of -25°C to 60°C and a maximum relative humidity of 90%, this module is suitable for diverse environmental conditions. It achieves a high protection rating of IP69K, making it ideal for demanding applications. The device operates with a voltage range of 18 to 31.6 DC and allows for a maximum current consumption of 250 mA from AS-i.

The module includes four digital inputs that utilize a PNP input circuit, powered by AS-i. Each input can handle a maximum total current of 180 mA, ensuring effective sensor integration. The integrated watchdog feature enhances system reliability, while the visible LED indicators display operational status, switching conditions, and error alerts clearly.

Constructed with a housing made of PA grey and stainless steel components, it weighs 234.1 g and is designed for backplane mounting. This module is compliant with multiple EMC standards, ensuring compatibility across different systems.
