The IIoT edgeGateway IP67 is designed to efficiently transmit data from industrial settings, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. With customizable transmission intervals for each data source, this device minimizes data volume through a powerful aggregation function.

It operates within a wide voltage range of 8 to 32 DC volts, with a nominal voltage of 12/24 volts and a maximum power consumption of 14 watts. The gateway's robust design allows for operation in harsh environments, ensuring machine availability and process quality while optimizing energy consumption.

Featuring four Ethernet and two USB interfaces, the gateway supports communication standards including TCP/IP, MQTT, and OPC UA. The processor is an ARM 64 Bit Quad Core at 1.2 GHz, complemented by 4 GByte RAM and 20 GByte Flash storage, providing the necessary power for real-time data processing. The device also includes a real-time clock and is housed in a diecast aluminum enclosure that meets IP 67 protection standards.

The temperature operational range extends from -25°C to 55°C, with storage capabilities down to -25°C and up to 85°C. It can withstand 90% relative humidity and operates effectively at elevations up to 3000 meters. Compliance with EMC standards ensures reliable performance in industrial environments.
