Product Description

This IO-Link Master, designated as IO-Link Master DL PN 4P IP69K, is designed for efficient separation between automation networks and IT infrastructures. It provides reliable transmission of machine data, process parameters, and diagnostic information to the controller. The device incorporates a PROFINET interface alongside a dedicated MQTT JSON interface, ensuring compatibility with modern network protocols.

Engineered for the food and beverage industry, it features a high protection rating, capable of withstanding demanding environments with an IP69K rating. This unit can connect up to four IO-Link devices, making it suitable for various applications, including hygienic systems and field I/O modules.

The electrical specifications include an operating voltage range of 20 to 28 V DC and a total current load capacity of 3.6 A. It supports eight configurable inputs and outputs, of which four are digital inputs and four are digital outputs, with a short-circuit protection feature. The communication capabilities encompass Ethernet and IO-Link standards, with transmission rates of 10 MBit/s and 100 MBit/s.

Operating in temperatures from -25°C to 60°C, with a maximum storage temperature of 85°C, it is designed for environments with up to 90% relative humidity. The housing is constructed from durable materials, including PA grey and stainless steel, ensuring longevity and reliability.
