The IO-Link output module (Designation Code: IOL MOD PL 8X2DO E D M12 IP69K) provides two independent voltage supplies capable of delivering a total current of 16 A, ensuring efficient operation in various applications. Each of the 16 digital outputs can handle up to 4 A, making it suitable for controlling multiple actuators connected to any IO-Link master.

Designed for use in safety circuits, this module complies with relevant standards, including IEC 61131-9. The operating voltage ranges from 18 to 30 V DC, while the current consumption is rated at 100 mA. The device's robust construction allows it to withstand challenging conditions, with an ambient temperature range of -25 to 60 °C and a maximum relative humidity of 90%.

Mechanical resilience is assured with a protection rating of IP 69K, enabling operation even in harsh environments. The module is constructed with a rectangular housing made of PA grey, complemented by stainless steel components and EPDM sealing material for enhanced durability. With a weight of 437.45 g and dimensions of 208 x 59.3 x 38.4 mm, it is designed for backplane mounting.

Visual feedback is provided through four green LEDs for operational status, three red LEDs for fault indication, and sixteen yellow LEDs to signify output function. Furthermore, optional accessories, such as protective caps for M12 sockets, are available to enhance functionality.
