Product Description

The IFM Inductive Sensor IQ2010 IQ23008BBPKG/K1/2M/PUR is engineered for precision and reliability in demanding industrial environments. This sensor offers a consistent sensing range for all metals thanks to its correction factor K=1, ensuring accurate detection regardless of the material. With a high switching frequency and an extended sensing range, it maximizes operational uptime and efficiency.

Its compact rectangular housing (20 x 8 x 32 mm) allows for easy integration into tight spaces, while the robust construction, including a die-cast zinc housing with a special coating and LCP active surface, ensures durability. The sensor is designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for various industrial applications.

Additional features include PNP electrical design with a normally open output function, reverse polarity protection, and short-circuit and overload protection. The sensor's LED indicators provide clear status updates, with a green LED for operation and a yellow LED for output status.

Compliance with standards such as EN 61000-4-2 for ESD, EN 61000-4-3 for radiated immunity, and EN 60068-2-6 for vibration resistance ensures reliable performance in harsh conditions. The sensor is also suitable for use with drag chains, enhancing its versatility in dynamic applications.
