IFM OGH500

The Diffuse Reflection Sensor with Background Suppression OGH500 is designed for use in harsh industrial environments, featuring a robust stainless steel housing. This sensor offers precise background suppression and allows for intuitive sensitivity adjustment via pushbutton. It supports a programmable light-on/dark-on mode, providing flexibility for various applications. The sensor's red light ensures accurate detection, and its wide range of fixing components enables quick and easy mounting.

The OGH500 operates on a 10-36 V DC supply and consumes 25 mA of current. It is equipped with reverse polarity protection, short-circuit protection, and overload protection, ensuring reliable performance. The sensor's detection range is adjustable from 15 to 300 mm, making it suitable for detecting objects with different remission levels, including white, grey, and black objects.

With an IP67 protection rating, the OGH500 is resistant to dust and water, ensuring durability in demanding environments. It complies with EN 60947-5-2 standards, providing assurance of its quality and reliability. The sensor features an M12 connector for easy electrical connection and includes two lock nuts for secure mounting.
