The Line Voltage Ceiling Mount PIR Occupancy Sensor features a 360° Passive Infrared (PIR) detection pattern, effectively covering an area of up to 1200 square feet. It activates lighting systems upon detecting movement and deactivates them after a user-defined period of inactivity. With the capability to handle ballast fluorescent loads of 800 VA at 120 VAC and 1600 VA at 277 VAC, this unit is designed for versatile applications, including conference rooms, classrooms, and open offices.

This sensor operates within a temperature range of 0°F to 131°F (-18°C to 55°C) and supports a variety of lighting types, such as incandescent, fluorescent, CFL, and LED. The adjustable time delay settings range from 15 seconds to 30 minutes, allowing for customized control based on specific needs. The sensor is UL certified (cULus) and complies with Title 20 standards, ensuring reliability in commercial and residential environments.
