Keyence AP-C33WP

The Keyence AP-C33WP is a high-precision positive-pressure sensor designed for industrial applications requiring accurate pressure monitoring. This main unit features a robust design capable of handling pressures up to 1 MPa, making it suitable for various demanding environments. The sensor supports air or non-corrosive gases and provides gauge pressure readings.

Equipped with a 3 1/2-digit, 2-color, 7-segment LED display, the AP-C33WP ensures clear and immediate pressure readings with a display cycle of 10 times per second. The operation indicators include two red LEDs corresponding to control outputs 1 and 2, enhancing operational visibility. The display resolution is adjustable between normal mode (0.001 MPa) and focus mode (0.1 kPa).

The unit offers versatile power consumption options, operating efficiently in both normal and eco modes. It also features a variable hysteresis standard of 0.5% of full scale, ensuring precise control. The response time is selectable, ranging from 2.5 ms to 500 ms, to suit different application needs.

For output, the AP-C33WP provides a PNP open collector with a maximum load of 100 mA at 30 V or below, and two outputs that can be configured as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). The pressure port is designed with Rc (PT) 1/8 180° rotation for flexible installation.
