Product Description

The KEYENCE CZ-V21AP RGB Digital Fiberoptic Sensor is designed for high-speed and precise detection applications. This main unit amplifier features a PNP output and offers multiple response time settings, including 200 µs (HIGH SPEED), 1 ms (FINE), 4 ms (TURBO), and 8 ms (SUPER), ensuring optimal performance in various environments. The sensor is equipped with a PNP open-collector control output with four channels, capable of handling up to 30 VDC and 100 mA per output, with a total of 200 mA across all outputs.

Built with robust protection circuits, including reverse-polarity protection, overcurrent protection, and surge absorbers, the CZ-V21AP ensures reliable operation in demanding industrial settings. The unit supports external tuning input, external bank switch input (C/C + I-mode), and external shift input (super I-mode), with an input time of 20 ms minimum. Additionally, the sensor offers versatile timer functions, including OFF-delay, ON-delay, and One-shot, with adjustable timer times ranging from 1 to 1000 ms for each bank.

The CZ-V21AP allows for the expansion of up to three additional units, making it a scalable solution for complex detection systems. It features a durable polycarbonate housing and cover, ensuring long-lasting performance. The sensor is designed to operate within a temperature range of -10 to +55 °C (14 to 131 °F) and can withstand vibrations of 10 to 55 Hz with a double amplitude of 1.5 mm (0.06") for 2 hours in each of the X, Y, and Z axes.
