The Keyence GT-71A Amplifier Unit is a high-performance, DIN rail-mounted amplifier designed for precise digital contact sensing applications. Featuring an NPN output, this unit is perfect for integration into a variety of industrial automation systems. The GT-71A offers a range of advanced functionalities, including preset, hold, variable hysteresis, and variable response time, ensuring optimal performance in diverse operational environments.
With a 6-digit 7-segment LED display and a 2-color 13-level bar LED display, users can easily monitor measured values and system status. The unit supports a wide display range from -99.999 to 999.999 with a resolution of 1 µm, and a fast sampling rate of 2,000 times per second. The control inputs include timing, preset, and bank inputs, allowing for flexible and precise control of the sensing process.
The GT-71A is built to withstand harsh industrial conditions, with an ambient temperature range of -10 to +55 °C and vibration resistance of 10 to 55 Hz. The unit's robust construction includes a polycarbonate main body case, polyacetal key top, and PVC cable, ensuring durability and long-term reliability.
Designed for ease of installation, the GT-71A can be mounted on a DIN rail and supports the addition of up to nine expansion units. This flexibility makes it an ideal choice for scalable automation systems. The unit also features power-saving modes, reducing power consumption to as low as 600 mW at 12 V in eco mode.
