The Keyence GV-H130L Sensor Head is designed for medium-distance detection applications, utilizing a visible semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 655 nm. This sensor head is classified as Class 1 under FDA (CDRH) Part 1040.10, IEC 60825-1, and JIS C6802 standards, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The GV-H130L offers a detection distance ranging from 55 to 130 mm, with a standard detection deviation of 1 mm and a spot diameter of approximately ø0.3 mm at 130 mm.
Equipped with multiple operation status indicators, including a red LED for control output, a green LED for laser radiation emission, and a green LED for spot indication, the GV-H130L ensures clear and accurate feedback during operation. The sensor head is built to withstand harsh environments, featuring an IP67 enclosure rating, resistance to incandescent lamp luminance up to 5000ℓx, and sunlight luminance up to 10000ℓx.
The GV-H130L operates within an ambient temperature range of -10 to +50 °C and a relative humidity range of 35 to 85 % RH, making it suitable for various industrial settings.
