The Keyence GV-H450 Sensor Head is a long-distance type sensor head designed for precise and reliable detection in various industrial applications. Utilizing a visible semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 655 nm, this sensor head offers a detection distance ranging from 160 to 450 mm, making it ideal for applications requiring extended range detection. The sensor features a Class 2 laser classification under FDA (CDRH) Part 1040.10, IEC 60825-1, and JIS C6802 standards, ensuring safe operation.
With an enclosure rating of IP67, the GV-H450 is built to withstand harsh environments, providing excellent resistance to dust and water. The sensor's robust construction includes a PBT housing, polyarylate display, SUS304 metal components, and a glass lens cover, ensuring durability and longevity. The sensor head is equipped with multiple status indicators, including a red LED for control output, a green LED for laser radiation emission, and a green LED for spot indication, allowing for easy monitoring of operation status.
The GV-H450 is designed to operate in a wide range of ambient conditions, with an operating temperature range of -10 to +50 °C and a relative humidity range of 35 to 85% RH. It also features excellent vibration resistance, withstanding frequencies from 10 to 55 Hz and double amplitude of 1.5 mm for 2 hours in each of the X, Y, and Z axes.
