The Keyence IV2-CP50 Control Panel is designed for seamless integration with the IV2 Series, providing a user-friendly interface with its 5.7" TFT color LCD display. The display features a resolution of 640 × 480 (VGA) and a white LED backlight with an approximate lifespan of 50,000 hours at 25°C. The touch panel utilizes an analogue resistive method, ensuring reliable performance with an actuating force of 0.8 N or less.
Engineered for durability, the IV2-CP50 boasts an IP40 enclosure rating, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It can withstand drops from 1.3 meters onto concrete and vibrations ranging from 10 to 55 Hz with a double amplitude of 0.7 mm. The control panel operates efficiently within a temperature range of 0 to +50°C and a relative humidity of 35 to 85% RH, provided there is no condensation.
The IV2-CP50 supports multiple languages, including English, Japanese, German, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, and Thai, enhancing its versatility in global applications. Connectivity is facilitated through a 100BASE-TX/10BASE-T Ethernet standard with an M12 4-pin connector, and expanded memory is available via USB.
