Keyence KV-16T2W

The Keyence KV-16T2W is a super-small programmable logic controller designed for high-speed and efficient automation tasks. As part of the Keyence Visual KV series, it features CPU Direct Connection and is compatible with OP-26487 cables for seamless integration with other units. The KV-16T2W is equipped with a front faceplate that includes an LCD screen, allowing users to access data and error messages without needing an external handheld device. Additionally, the faceplate has several LED indicators to provide clear status updates on inputs and outputs.

This PLC can be programmed via connected handheld devices even while in operation, offering flexibility and convenience. With a minimum execution instruction time of just 0.7 µs, the KV-16T2W ensures rapid processing and high performance. It includes two 24-bit high-speed counters with a two-point comparator output function, double memory backup, input time constant change functions, and an interrupt function.

The unit's inputs and outputs are strategically located at the top and bottom of the case for easy access. The KV-16T2W can be mounted on a panel or DIN rail, but proper spacing must be maintained to prevent overheating.
