Keyence LR-XH250

The Keyence LR-XH250 Separate Amplifier Model Sensor Head is designed for precise detection tasks in industrial environments. With a detecting distance of 30 to 250 mm, this sensor head ensures reliable performance across a wide range of applications. The green laser light source (505 nm) provides high visibility and accuracy, while the Class 1 laser product classification guarantees safety according to IEC60825-1 and FDA standards.

Featuring an IP65/IP67 enclosure rating, the LR-XH250 is highly resistant to dust and water, making it suitable for harsh conditions. The sensor head operates effectively under ambient light conditions of up to 8,000 lx, whether from incandescent lamps or sunlight. Its robust design includes a SUS316L case, PSU lens cover, and durable packing materials (FKM and EVM).

The LR-XH250 offers a display resolution of 1 to 2 mm and a spot size of approximately 0.8 mm × 1.2 mm at a detecting distance of 250 mm. It can withstand vibrations from 10 to 500 Hz with a power spectral density of 0.816 G2/Hz for X, Y, and Z axes, and shock resistance of 1,000 m/s2 (100G) with six impacts per axis.
