The Keyence LR-ZH500P Rectangular Laser Sensor is a high-performance, self-contained CMOS laser sensor designed for precise distance measurement applications. With a detection range of 35 to 500 mm, this sensor offers reliable and accurate performance in various industrial environments. The sensor features a robust rectangular housing with a 2-meter cable connection, ensuring easy installation and integration into existing systems.

The LR-ZH500P utilizes a red laser light source (660 nm) and is classified as a Class 2 laser product (IEC60825-1) and Class II laser product (FDA (CDRH) Part1040.10). It provides a selectable response time of 1.5 ms, 10 ms, or 50 ms, allowing for flexibility in different applications. The sensor's 3-digit 7-segment display, along with output, DATUM, and spot indicators, ensures clear and easy-to-read feedback.

Designed to withstand harsh environments, the LR-ZH500P boasts an IP68 and IP69K enclosure rating, making it resistant to dust, water, and high-pressure cleaning. It also meets NEMA 4X, 6P, and 13 standards, as well as ECOLAB and Diversey certifications. The sensor's durable construction includes a SUS316L case, PES display, and PMMA lens cover with a scratch-resistant coating.
