Keyence TH-310

The TH-310 Sensor Head is engineered for the precise detection of fine metallic objects, making it ideal for applications requiring high accuracy. This sensor head can detect objects as small as 0.3 mm in diameter and 0.5 mm in length, or steel wire with a diameter of 0.01 inches and length of 0.02 inches. The detecting area spans 10 mm in diameter, ensuring reliable performance in various industrial settings.

Designed to withstand harsh environments, the TH-310 features an IP67 enclosure rating, providing robust protection against dust and water ingress. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -10 to +60 °C (14 to 140 °F) and maintains functionality in relative humidity levels between 35 to 85% RH without condensation. The sensor head is also built to endure vibrations ranging from 10 to 55 Hz with a double amplitude of 1.5 mm for 2 hours in each of the X, Y, and Z directions.
