GFL shaft-mounted helical gearboxes are engineered for compact drive solutions, providing high torque density combined with precise motion transfer. The short design facilitates space-efficient machine layouts, while optimized tooth geometry and ground gears reduce backlash and minimize operating noise. This design makes the gearbox series ideal for applications requiring smooth power transmission and accurate positioning.
Available in 2-stage and 3-stage configurations, the gearbox supports a broad torque range, achieving up to 11,615 Nm with gear ratios reaching i=856. It offers multiple mounting and shaft options, allowing for flexible integration into various mechanical designs. Furthermore, the series provides surface and corrosion protection options tailored for demanding industrial environments, and it can be paired with three-phase AC motors or servo motors to create a compact and effective drive unit.
Certifications include cURus, GOST-R, CCC, and UkrSepro. The degree of protection and environmental suitability varies based on the chosen version, accommodating different motor pairings and surface treatments.
