Product Description
The 15 Amp GFCI receptacle/outlet is specifically designed for hospital environments, adhering to stringent safety standards. It features extra heavy-duty construction with power indication and a DIN rail mounting option. Rated for 15 Amp and 20 Amp feed-through, it operates at 125 Volt and complies with NEMA 5-15R specifications.
With a self-grounding 2-pole, 3-wire configuration, this device ensures reliable performance in critical applications. The short circuit current rating is 10kA, providing enhanced protection. Constructed from durable polycarbonate for the enclosure and PBT for the face, it is engineered to withstand operating temperatures ranging from -35°C to +66°C. Additionally, the brass line contacts contribute to optimal conductivity and longevity.
All ratings are permanently marked on the device, and it features a screw terminal torque specification of 14-18 in-lbs. This receptacle meets ANSI C-73 and is certified under multiple standards, including UL 943 and CSA C22.2 No. 42 & 144, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
