Littelfuse 1.5KE510CA
- 1.5KE Series
Product Description
The 1.5KE Series is specifically developed to shield sensitive electronic devices from voltage transients, such as those induced by lightning strikes. This series features a reverse standoff voltage of 434 V and can handle a peak pulse current of 2.1 A measured over a 10x1000 μs waveform.
With a breakdown voltage ranging from a minimum of 485 V to a maximum of 535 V, it ensures reliable operation under transient conditions. The on-state current is rated at 1 mA, while the leakage current at standoff voltage is a mere 1 μA. This device can withstand a maximum temperature of 175 °C and has a maximum clamp voltage of 698 V, making it suitable for a variety of electronic applications requiring transient voltage protection.
